This is the person appointed as the representative of the proposed member (your school or centre). They will represent the member at general meetings or sign circular resolutions under Clause 31 of the MSCA Constitution.

Where practicable, the representative should be the Principal, Head of School, Managing Director, Chief Executive, or such other leader of the member's management.

Principals and directors are encouraged to join as their organisation because membership benefits (such as event discounts) extend to the whole school or centre staff.
