AMIGA Montessori is looking for a 2IC that is passionate and enthusiastic about Early Years education. AMIGA Montessori provides quality education and care for children aged 12 months to six years in purpose-built centres. AMIGA provides a holistic educational program that is structured around the Montessori pillars including practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture and language, which aligns with and is governed by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

We’re seeking a highly motivated 2IC, who is exceptional with organisation, administration and at AMIGA Montessori.

Skills and qualifications required:

Diploma qualified
Organised and detail orientated
Initiative and integrity a must
Great relationship and communication skills
Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable
Duties & Responsibilities include:

Managing all weekly/fortnightly invoices and statements for parents
Managing the bad debt procedure
Ensuring children’s records/enrolments are up to date;
inclusion support claim each week
Managing all parent concerns regarding:
Statements / invoices
Bond refunds
Parent refunds
General operational queries
Daily maintenance of waitlist in accordance with AMIGA policy
scheduling tours;
managing enrolment packs;
entering returned enrolment packs into Kidsoft, including all medical information;
scheduling orientations
Ensuring immunisations are up to date
