Hills Montessori School is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood and Montessori trained Teacher
for a maternity leave position to work in our full day Montessori preschool program catering for
children between the ages of 3 to 6 years. The successful applicant will be required to work
three (3) days a week (Wednesday – Friday) from 8.00am to 4.30pm. The position will
commence Wednesday 26th March 2025. There will be an opportunity for an orientation prior to
commencement.

Applicants are required to have the following as a minimum:
• Early Childhood degree
• Current working with children check
• Montessori Certificate and an understanding of the Montessori Philosophy
• A firm commitment to the Montessori Method and Philosophy
• The ability to work well in a collaborative team
• Have good organisational skills
• Warm and caring manner with children and their parents
• Excellent communication skills
• First Aid certificate
• Police check.
