Roster: Rotating shifts within operational hours
Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator looking for an opportunity to work in a nurturing, child-centered Montessori environment? We are seeking dedicated permanent and casual educators to join our team, where we foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the Montessori philosophy and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Support children’s development through intentional teaching, observation, and documentation.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators on a rotating roster to ensure continuity of care.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- A strong interest in or experience with Montessori education (Desirable but not necessary).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- A deep passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
