About Us: Established in 1981, ISMS provides Montessori education from birth through primary school. Our vision is to offer a comprehensive Montessori education that fosters self-discovery, holistic development, and a lifelong love of learning.
The Opportunity: We are seeking casual teachers for our 6–12 year old program. We need educators who can inspire learning and nurture children’s curiosity.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about education and Montessori philosophy.
- Effective communicator who supports child development.
- Builds respectful and trusting relationships with children.
- Knowledgeable about curriculum and child development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Criteria:
- Recognized Primary Teaching degree (NESA approved).
- 6–12 Montessori diploma (advantageous).
- Ability to obtain a WWCC.
- Relevant First Aid Certificate and Child Protection training.
