North-Eastern Montessori School is an independent School offering a Montessori based curriculum for children from Early Learning and Foundation to Year 6. Located in the beautiful leafy suburb of St Helena, North-Eastern Montessori School provides a progressive and established way of learning that is tailored to each child.

Exciting opportunities are available for passionate educators to join our School on a full time or part time basis as a Toddler Community Assistant.

Working with our youngest students (15 months to 3 years), the Toddler Community Assistant will help guide and support students individual learning by preparing a specialised environment that encourages big achievements in creativity, independence and self-direction.

The successful applicants will have completed a Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Applicants will be passionate about early years education, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an atmosphere that is welcoming to all families. You will be organised and have a strong interest in the Montessori pedagogy.
