Educational and Assistant positions who can establish learning environments:
To serve and guide the particular needs of each child’s stage of development, allowing freedom for children to discover their own holistic path to becoming capable individuals by preparing a hands-on, self-paced, collaborative, and joyful environment to transform lives by implementing the principles of Montessori education.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to culturally responsive teaching practices to acknowledge and celebrates First Nations voices and culturally diverse families, showing willingness to learn from and engage with all communities.                                                                                                                                                 Educators who are life-long learners who can connect to a global Montessori network and collaborate with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to continuously develop their craft.

Principal Position
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Principal to lead our Montessori school, guiding staff and students in a nurturing and authentic Montessori environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding Montessori principles while ensuring compliance with educational standards and fostering a thriving school community.
