Join our Board!

We invite expressions of interest for an expiring appointed position on the MSCA board. 

While the community elects a majority of the MSCA directors, four positions are filled by appointment of the director’s selection panel. The director’s selection panel comprises up to seven member-elected directors.

Appointed directors serve a term of three years on the MSCA board. Upon expiry of their term, the community is notified, seeking interested persons with the required skillset to express their interest in joining the MSCA board as an Appointed director. Previously appointed directors are eligible for re-appointment.

It is preferred that appointed directors have skills in education, commerce, finance, marketing, law or business generally, or such skills which complement the composition of the member-elected directors.

To express your interest in joining the MSCA Board, please review the attached Board Appointments Policy and Expressions of Interest Process. Then, complete an Expression of Interest for a Board Appointed Position Form and provide a short statement as to why you would like to join the MSCA Board.
