Weaving Wellbeing into Montessori: A Practical Framework

10 June @ 6:00 pm8:00 pm AEST

Weaving Wellbeing into Montessori: A Practical Framework

In Montessori environments, we are already supporting the whole child—but many educators are noticing a growing need for more intentional wellbeing support in their classrooms.

This session introduces the RELEASE Montessori Wellbeing Model, a practical and relational approach to embedding emotional wellbeing into everyday practice. Grounded in Montessori principles and real classroom experience, this session explores simple, developmentally aligned strategies that support emotional regulation, connection, and resilience across the planes of development.

Together, we’ll reflect on what we’re already doing, explore small group wellbeing rhythms, and share practical tools that can be implemented immediately—without adding pressure or overwhelm.

This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the meaningful work you are already doing, while gently extending your wellbeing practice in ways that feel sustainable and authentic.
